This week sees the Bears return to an old hunting ground, Winsley. After a disappointing and some would say unfortunate loss last week the Bear’s are looking to turn their promising form into more, certainly-deserved, points.
Winsley is the scene of many famous victories for the Bears. The most recent league visit, in 2019, featuring a Chris Bence masterclass (haven’t we all seen plenty of those). In the more distant past these games have featured some tight, entertaining tussles and the vast crowd (that will no doubt attend) will be hoping for a similar close encounter this time around.
It’s a short drive from Bath, so everyone is encouraged to drive, bus or cycle their way over to watch what will be a hotly contested local derby.
