Sunday 2nd May | Westbury & District CC, Wilts – Sunday XI v Bear Flat CC – Sunday XI

Thanks to the continued administration efforts of our very own Fi Isaacs, the Sunday XI have replaced the cancelled home fixture hosting Peopleton with an away fixture at Westbury & District CC. A Bear Flat club thank you to Westbury for their offer of hosting, a favour we hope to return come next year!

The Sunday side field a much-changed side, but the same purpose runs through their veins. With Damien Cull’s (Cull the Gull) standout performance in the midweek fielding session, a one-handed catch behind his head reminiscent of Chris Jordan, the tone is set for a competitive fixture filled with opportunity for all.

Can the Sunday side build on their success? We will find out come Sunday afternoon. The start time is 13:00 at Leighton Sports Ground, Westbury, BA13 3PW.
